James founded Knight Insurance Agency in 2008, with one thing in mind, to do it better than the other agents in the industry. He specializes in personal and commercial insurance lines but enjoys a focus on business and commercial needs, and takes pleasure in finding the best policies to protect his clients and their businesses. James is dedicated to building trusting relationships with his clients every day.
In 1997, James graduated with a bachelor's degree from IPFW University and began his career in financial services. In 2020 James partnered with Ruben Perez to form the Knight Perez Group. He has an in-depth knowledge of handling commercial insurance needs, including Group Health, Group Life, and 401k plans.
When not working, James coaches local Hamilton County youth sports teams, spends time with his family and friends, and occasionally goes golfing.

Ruben is a Northwest Indiana native who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ball State University. He boasts over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, beginning his career as a producer for a sizeable independent agency in 2003. After 15 years of owning a Farmers Insurance agency, he partnered with Jim Knight to establish Knight Perez Insurance Group.
In his leisure time, Ruben enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He is keen on sports and stays fit through exercise, regularly watching professional sports and attending his children's soccer games.

Jen is a Licensed Insurance Agent and Office Manager at Knight Perez Group with 25 years of customer service experience and has over three years of insurance experience.
Jen is thorough in her work, approachable and she keeps her clients best interest at heart. Jen is not only great with her clients, she also is outstanding at educating customers on how to understand their policies.
Before her journey at KPG, Jen spent 20 years of her career in Business Management, where she managed operations and specialized in staff education in the Salon and Spa Industry. Five years of that time she managed a medical practice with focus in cosmetic plastics, medical esthetics and cosmetic injectables.
When she isn’t working at KPG serving clients, Jen has a passion for Science and Biochemistry and loves spending time as a new mother.
